Christi has over 25 years experience in account management and public relations. She received her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. She has worked for ad agencies in the San Antonio market as well as serving as Vice President of the largest agency in West Texas for 18 years before founding Current. Christi brings not only the marketing and account planning experience, but with her journalism degree, she also brings a strong writing background to the table. Christi has served on a number of non-profit boards including United Way of Odessa (Past Chair), Centers for Children & Families (Past Chair), Midland-Odessa Symphony and Junior Achievement (Past Chair), and she is also a Past President of the American Advertising Federation Permian Basin and Women in Communication. Christi received the silver medal award from the American Advertising Federation in 2010 and the Beacon Award from the Nonprofit Management Center in 2012.
Britney has over a decade of experience in account management with a strong emphasis in digital mediums. Before founding Current, she ran the digital marketing department of the largest agency in West Texas. Britney came to the agency world from the non-profit sector where she specialized in strategic development, event marketing and public relations. She currently holds an executive leadership position on the boards of Dress for Success of the Permian Basin, where she is a founding board member. She has also served on the boards of the Aphasia Center, United Way of Odessa, Odessa College Foundation, Communities in Schools of the Permian Basin and is a Past President of the American Advertising Federation Permian Basin, not to mention the numerous community committees that she also gives her time to each year. Britney has a heart for giving and community and she has easily transitioned those talents into benefits for her clients.
